But besides legal differences, there are also cultural differences in the workplace. Many of us have experienced that our colleagues do not always appreciate our “Dutch directness”. Or we might find that our ideas and expectations of hierarchy or deadlines are different from our colleagues’.
During this event, the employment experts of Rigby Cooke will use everyday scenarios to give you practical tips on how to manage cultural differences in the workplace and provide you with a broader understanding of your rights and obligations as an employer and employee.
