NCCA Women in Business aims to be an event that appeals to and mobilises female members and contacts of the NCCA and establishes a platform for the number of female NCCA members to grow and develop a network within the broader NCCA network.
The event will be built around the Lean In (www.leanin.org) initiative based on the book of the same title by Sheryl Sandberg (COO of Facebook).
