2014 TEDxBinnenhof

Technology, Entertainment, Design (TED) is a non-profit devoted to spreading ideas worth sharing.

Founded in 1984, TED conferences have taken the world by storm and attracted the most innovative and engaging ideas from a long list of speakers, including Bill Gates, Malcolm Gladwell, Jane Goodall, Bono, Larry Page & Sergey Brin, Bill Clinton, many Nobel Prize laureates, and many, many more.

As such, to celebrate innovation and ideas, inspire, and show the way forward to a better future, the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce Australia (NCCA), in partnership with the Netherlands’ Embassy in Canberra, is proud to present the 2014 TEDxBinnenhof Viewing Party.

Four innovative Dutch speakers plus one local guest speaker will present this year’s theme ‘Global Challenges | Dutch Solutions’ showcasing some of the Netherlands’ most innovative minds tackling global challenges such as smart cities, circular economy, green transport, energy, caring communities, agro & food, life sciences & health, built environment, green clean technology, climate change and secure societies.

This is a free event for our members and includes canapes and popcorn, drinks at bar prices. Members are able to invite non-members.
